This lathe belonged to my grandfather and was purchased in the mid thirties.
Over the years he added a great number of attachments including an X/Y metal cutting stage, a spindle steady, many faceplates both left and right handed to allow out board turning.
He added numerous tool rests for bowls and even the longest spindles.
My father and I used the lathe from the early 60’s til about 2006 when I got a larger Powermatic lathe.
It has never left a dry/heated shop.
It has a 10" swing over the bed, 13" in front of the bed, Offboard turning limited by the floor. Threads are 1' x 12tpi. Nova chuck adapter included.
It measures 36" between centers.
it has many more attachments too numerous to describe here.
