I bought the Super Frugal II with brass option. I have a Beall spindle tap, so making wood chucks is pretty easy, but I am not supper happy with the pvc and foam. Even rounded, it makes for too sharp an edge. It works fine, but I ended up getting a Oneway drum and converted into the same style chuck by adding the tubing to pass through the headstock.
